Full Job Description

Join the Full Life team and change someone's life for the better. Our average new full-time direct support worker makes between $31,200 and $34,360 per year. Some people can make up to $5,000 more per year by working extra hours and taking on extra shifts for free. Also, full-time workers get a benefits package worth an average of $9,600 per year. This includes health insurance with coverage for acupuncture and massage, up to one week of paid time off, a 3% employer match for a 401K retirement plan, workers' compensation, and temporary disability insurance.

Possibilities for a career: Full Life's Executive Director, Program Director, QA and Training Manager, EH office manager, Program Specialist, Program Assistant, Program Coordinator, and Executive Assistant all started out as Direct Support Workers!

Work alone with people in the community. There are full-time and part-time jobs available (part-time compensation and benefits are different from than full-time compensation listed above).

OTHER BENEFITS

Some jobs offer overtime, and any qualified worker, regardless of how long they've been with the company, can ask for more hours to cover open shifts.

Monday through Sunday, daytime, evening, and overnight.

Employees who have health insurance through their spouse, a dependent, or the government will get a $200 monthly stipend.

Student loan repayment help for full-time workers The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free counseling to employees and their immediate family members, as well as legal and financial advice.

Events and regular activities to thank employees

for mileage reimbursement of up to $1.68 per hour worked that is not taxed (certain services)

Additional temporary mileage reimbursement of up to $0.90 per hour, for a total of $2.58 per hour.

If you qualify, you can get $10 back each month for your cell phone.

There are regular incentives and referral bonuses of up to $500 per employee hired.

Full-Time hours - full-time hours are available for those who want full-time hours.
